Specials flavored olive oils di Micco

Our production’s flavored oils are obtained through the mix of our excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil with absolutely natural aromas, just with a slow, natural and cold infusion. In the respect of the old and traditional recipe, on oil with exciting smell and delicate taste is obtained, keeping unchanged the organoleptic qualities of the mix.

Mint Oil

The fresh scent of Mint combined with our extra virgin olive oil "Coratina" are combined togheter in a natural and slow process to be a condiment absolutely healty, so to preserve the many beneficial qualities of the plant, rich in vitamin A, C, B12 and precious minerals. This condiment is perfect for salads, vegetables, roasts of both meat and fish, artichokes, eggs or simply for a classic bruschetta, also interesting for use with desserts and chocolate.

Truffle Oil

The white truffle, precious and unique taste, coupled with our fruity extra virgin olive oil Coratina, enhances taste every dish. Ideal to enrich pasta carbonara, carpaccio or bresaola with cheese flakes, baked mushrooms, beef, buffalo mozzarella or simply a fried egg. 

Lemon oil

Lemon flavored oil has a delicate taste. It is the result of fresh lemons just picked from the plant and our high quality extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to these elements the flavored oil preserves the exquisite characteristics of the selected and picked-hand fruits, that make it perfect on fish, boiled vegetables, thinly sliced raw meat seasoned with olive oil and parmesan cheese, fresh seafood and everything you prefer.

Chilli Oil

Chilli flavored extra virgin olive oil seasons all dishes in a strong but not invasive way. It fortifies meat, pasta or pizza with a spicy tune with no change of the original taste. It is particularly appropriate with legumes or with pasta and turnips. This oil is a mix of dry pepper, selected from the source, and our DOP extra virgin olive oil.

Orange Oil

The orange flavoured extra virgin olive oil combines the delicate aroma of oranges with the finest extra virgin olive oil to deliver an outstanding fusion of flavours. The scent of freshly peeled oranges and the sweet taste of freshly harvested fruits are the basis of this recipe, which will delight your palate with all the traditional goodness of the Mediterranean. A most versatile dressing that goes well with marinated fish, raw fish, raw meat, salads, game and poultry. It is also ideal for the preparation of confectionery recipes. 

Rosemary Oil

The fragrant smell of rosemary together with the fruity one of the extra virgin olive oil offers a pleasant olfactory sensation. It is perfect as seasoning for grilled meats, roast fish, grilled vegetables and fresh dairy products. It is the result of fresh rosemary just picked from the plant and our high quality extra virgin olive oil. 

Sage Oil

The delicate and fresh flavor of sage enriches with flavor the most delicious dishes. Can be savored with with pleasure on fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini, indicated with grilled meat, potatoes and grilled vegetables, alternative taste also on classic bruschetta with fresh tomatoes.

Basil Oil

Our extra virgin olive oil with freshly picked basil is the perfect combination of flavours and fragrances that will enhance all your sauces, pesto, meat, oily fish, mushrooms, salads, vegetables. Perfect to add a touch of freshness to sauces, salads and main dishes.

Garlic Oil

The garlic flavoured extra virgin olive oil is a product that, in a single solution, combines the basic seasonings of Italian cuisine. Perfect on steaks, roasts, pasta and pizza. This garlic flavoured extra virgin olive oil is produced by processing olives picked in the "di Micco" farm in Bari, Apulia, using traditional methods and without adding artificial flavourings, but using carefully selected garlic instead.
