Slow Fish 2013: di Micco and Slow Food in Genoa

This year, May 9 to 12 we will be in Genoa for the first time at the International Fair of Fish, where Slow Food organized, together with the Liguria Region, an event entirely focused as ever on the highest quality research, respect for the 'environment and good living and eating.

We wait you at our stand, where you can taste as always all our production of Apulian Extra Virgin Olive  and the entire line of pickles and pate.

We will wait for you in Mandraccia Area at the stand M05.

Slow Fish arrives at the sixth edition this year and comes in a new look, starting with the location: will open its doors from Thursday 9 to Sunday, May 12 and will take place in the Old Port of Genoa, a place of history, culture and tradition, but very dear to the Genoese also attended by Italian and foreign tourists.
It will be an event designed for everyone, for schools and families, an event to visit and to live through the events that have always distinguished the initiatives of Slow Food tasting areas and restaurant, wine bar, themed dinners, market, moments education.
The sea of all is the theme on which we have chosen to focus the spotlight: talk about the sea, and a valuable resource that must be tended, in fact, is to speak of the men and the way they behave on land.
