The event organized by Slow Food is at the door, the Old Port of Genoa will host 14 to 17 May the event dedicated to the food and in particular the world of the sea.

Together with fishers, researchers, scientists, students, chefs, and food artisans, we shall seek to understand how to feed our planet by protecting our seas and altering our present course. This doesn’t mean turning our lives upside down but, rather, starting to make minor adjustments and to reflect more.
